We design our play sets for real play and big adventures. Because our gear is crafted from a proprietary, plant-derived material and natural plant-fiber rope, a little simple care ensures it stays ready for your next big adventure.

What Makes Our Material Different

Many conventional "eco" or "plant-based" plastic toys rely on industrial composting facilities operating at high heat to break down — an infrastructure most homes don't have.

Peaceful Pail is designed with a fundamentally different end-of-life in mind. Our proprietary, plant-derived material is engineered to biodegrade in home compost and active microbial soil — no industrial facility, no municipal drop-off, no special pickup program required.

Daily Care Instructions

Rinse After Play: After a day in the mud, sand, or sandbox, simply rinse your gear with fresh water.

Air Dry First: Allow the pieces to air dry completely before nesting them together for storage.

Smart Storage: Store your play set in a cool, dry place. Because our material is naturally sourced, leaving it baking in direct, extreme sunlight or intense vehicle or storage heat for extended periods can cause the natural shapes to warp — treat it with care. 

Safety & Environmental Disclosures

Age Grading: Designed for active explorers ages 3 and up.

Safety First: Small parts can pose a choking hazard if placed in the mouth. While our materials are non-toxic and plant-derived, these pieces are toys and are not intended for food or consumption. Adult supervision is required during play.

Built to Last: This system is absolutely not a "one-and-done" disposable product. It's engineered for exceptional durability across many trips to the beach, sandbox, and backyard.

Designed to Return to the Earth

Our proprietary, plant-derived material is engineered to look, feel, and perform beautifully during normal everyday play. It will not degrade in your toy box, closet, or during dry storage — biodegradation is designed to begin only when the material is placed in home compost or active microbial soil.

Under those conditions, our material is engineered to biodegrade — returning safely to organic matter.
