Shipping Policy

At Peaceful Pail, every product is hand-made in small batches in the USA — which means we take real care with how we get your order to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and US territories via USPS and UPS.

International shipping is not available at this time. If you're outside the US and interested, email care@peacefulpail.com — we'll add you to a list to notify when international shipping launches.

Processing time

Because every piece is hand-made in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Larger orders and gift sets may take slightly longer. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way with tracking information.

Shipping options and rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Standard shipping — USPS, typically 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited shipping — UPS, typically 2–3 business days after processing
Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75 within the contiguous US (lower 48 states).

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or reach out to care@peacefulpail.com.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email care@peacefulpail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll replace it or issue a refund.

If your package appears lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement. USPS Priority Mail and UPS shipments include limited carrier insurance by default; higher-value orders may include additional insurance added at checkout.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, email care@peacefulpail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can't reroute it.
