We want your family to love every minute of playtime with Peaceful Pail. If your gear isn't a perfect fit for your sandbox, backyard, or beach trip, we're here to make it right.

Our 30-Day Play Guarantee

We stand behind the design and quality of every Peaceful Pail. If you or your little ones aren't happy with your order, you can return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it — easy returns, no runaround.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

The window. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition. Go ahead and let the little ones test out the weight, the colors, and the design. We just ask that returned items are thoroughly rinsed, free of permanent outdoor stains or packed-in mud, and returned with their original packaging so we can process them cleanly.

Warping & care. Our natural, bio-sourced materials can warp if left in extreme vehicle heat or prolonged direct sunlight. Items warped due to storage outside of normal play aren't eligible for a standard return — but reach out at care@peacefulpail.com and we'll see how we can help.

How to Start Your Return

1. Log into your Peaceful Pail Customer Account using the email on your order.
2. Select the items you'd like to return or exchange.
3. Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Prepaid return labels are provided through your customer account portal. Depending on the promotional offer at checkout, return shipping may be deducted from your refund — except for manufacturer defects or shipping errors on our part, which we cover in full.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or wrong, email care@peacefulpail.com right away and we'll make it right — no return required in most defect cases.
